What areas of Houston do you serve?

If you've filled up your tank lately, you understand that fuel costs are an important consideration for any business. I  live in The Heights area of Houston and prefer to work in the Inner Loop area of Houston -- River Oaks, Southampton, West University, Close-in Memorial, and Downtown. 

What do you charge?

Less than you might think. I'm very competitive in pricing and offer a free estimate for the work. I can work on an hourly basis or by the job. If materials are needed for the job, I usually ask the homeowner to purchase them ahead of time. Home Depot and Lowes both offer delivery.

How do I pay?

For hourly work, I expect payment at the end of each day for new clients. For established clients needing several days of work, I expect payment at the time the work is completed. For "by the job" bids, I expect periodic payment throughout the job. I can set up billing through PayPal if you wish to use a credit card, or you can pay by check or cash.
